Meet David Blumhardt, President
David Blumhardt founded Public Realty Capital (formerly RFS Group, Inc.) in 1995. His professional background includes over eighteen years in commercial real estate and investment banking. After beginning his career in commercial real estate sales and acquisitions, he spent several years with a major investment bank structuring and financing commercial real estate acquisitions and developments for government entities nationwide.
He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas, a member of the National Association of Governmental Leasing and Finance, the National Council of Public/Private Partnerships and has held multiple SEC series licenses.
David is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and resides in a Dallas suburb with his wife and two children.
